operations\nExperience working with ERP or production management systems, including inventory and production transactions\nExperience in a regulated or quality-controlled manufacturing environment would be advantageous\nGood understanding of production workflows, material flow and inventory control\nAbility to accurately use ERP systems for stock and production transactions\nBasic understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), stock replenishment, stock takes and inventory reconciliation\nUnderstanding of quality control principles, production documentation and traceability requirements\nAbility to interpret and follow production instructions, specifications and standard operating procedures\nCompetent in computer applications and routine production reporting\nStrong organisational and coordination skills\nGood leadership and team management ability\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nPractical problem-solving and decision-making skills\nGood communication and environment\nStrong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and supervise daily post-processing production activities\nAllocate work and monitor progress against production schedules and priorities\nLead and support permanent and contract post-processing personnel\nAssist with training, onboarding, timekeeping and day-to-day performance\nEnsure production activities are completed according to approved procedures, product specifications, quality requirements and safety standards\nCoordinate and carry out post-processing activities required to convert nanofiber materials into the required production format\nSafely operate relevant cutting, slitting and finishing equipment\nCoordinate with other departments to resolve production constraints and maintain an efficient workflow\nMonitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements to support planned production\nCoordinate the movement of materials into production\nCoordinate receiving, storage, issuing, transfer and return of raw materials, components, packaging and finished goods\nHandle, prepare and issue materials required for production\nCarry out controlled decanting and repacking of chemicals into suitable smaller containers where required\nEnsure chemicals and other materials are handled, labelled and stored according to applicable safety, quality and hazardous-material requirements\nMaintain appropriate stock identification, storage and rotation\nEnsure physical stock is organised and traceable\nPlan and conduct stock takes and cycle counts\nInvestigate stock discrepancies and support corrective actions\nAccurately capture inventory transactions in the ERP system, including receipts, issues, returns and internal transfers\nProcess production transactions in the ERP system\nEnsure materials and components are correctly consumed and finished or semi-finished goods are produced against the applicable BOM\nEnsure ERP inventory records correspond with actual physical stock\nInvestigate or escalate inventory discrepancies\nMaintain BOMs and relevant production master data to accurately reflect approved manufacturing requirements\nMaintain complete and accurate production and inventory records to support traceability and reporting\nMonitor post-processing activities and finished products for compliance with applicable specifications and quality requirements\nEnsure materials, production activities and records are handled according to approved procedures and quality requirements\nWork with Quality to address non-conformances, stock discrepancies and production quality issues\nSupport audits, investigations and corrective-action activities relating to production and inventory\nEnsure production and material-handling equipment is used safely and remains in suitable working condition\nMaintain clean, organised and controlled production and storage areas\nEnsure appropriate PPE and safety procedures are followed\nEnsure safe hazardous-material handling practices are followed\nReport equipment or workplace concerns\nAssist with developing and updating SOPs for post-processing and inventory management tasks\nIdentify and support improvements to production efficiency, inventory accuracy, material flow, waste reduction and workplace organisation\nCommunicate production status, stock constraints, discrepancies, equipment issues and other operational risks to the Post Processing & Stock Manager\nWork closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and other relevant functions
