This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated retail professional looking to grow within a well-established national brand.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise the daily operations of the retail store.\nLead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.\nDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.\nDrive sales through product knowledge, promotions, and customer engagement.\nMonitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and development.\nAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of store staff.\nEnsure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines.\nManage stock control, stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention.\nHandle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.\nMonitor store housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.\nOpen and close the store in accordance with company procedures.\nPrepare daily sales reports and assist with administrative duties.\nEnsure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are adhered to at all times.\nMinimum Requirements\nGrade 12 (Matric).\nMinimum 2-4 years' supervisory experience within a fashion, apparel, or branded retail environment.\nProven experience leading and motivating a retail sales team.\nStrong sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood numerical ability and administrative skills.\nExperience with POS systems and retail reporting.\nAbility to work retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.\nWell-groomed, professional, and fashion-conscious.\nReliable transport to and from Paarl Mall.\nMust be available to start immediately.\nPreferred Requirements\nPrevious experience working for a national fashion or apparel retailer.\nKnowledge of visual merchandising principles.\nExperience with stock management and shrinkage control.\nKey Competencies\nLeadership and people management\nSales and target-driven\nCustomer service excellence\nPlanning and organising\nProblem-solving\nDecision-making\nAttention to detail\nTime management\nCommercial awareness\nTeamwork\nIntegrity and accountability\nAdaptability and resilience\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
