the Role\nLocation\nCape Town, Western Cape\nRequirements\nMatric.\n2-5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or new client acquisition.\nExperience in TES, recruitment, staffing, labour outsourcing or a related services industry will be advantageous.\nProven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.\nExperience with cold calling, prospecting, networking and client visits.\nStrong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.\nUnderstanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, quotations and proposals.\nKnowledge of temporary staffing solutions and South African labour legislation will be advantageous.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.\nValid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits.\nDevelop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.\nIdentify clients' staffing and workforce requirements and recommend suitable TES and recruitment solutions.\nPrepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.\nNegotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.\nManage client accounts, identify opportunities for additional business and support client retention.\nWork closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.\nMaintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.\nMonitor sales performance and work towards agreed revenue, gross
