the Role\nLocation\nBellville South, Western Cape\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and secure new customers to grow sales revenue.\nVisit existing, former and prospective customers regularly.\nDevelop business relationships with restaurants, takeaways, caterers, hotels, wholesalers and other relevant businesses.\nPromote products and communicate their benefits to prospective customers.\nGenerate, manage and follow up on sales leads.\nIdentify customer needs and opportunities for additional sales.\nPrepare quotations and negotiate pricing and sales agreements.\nConvert prospects into active customers and develop repeat business.\nMaintain relationships with existing customers to encourage customer retention and growth.\nWork towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.\nMonitor competitor activity and identify opportunities within the market.\nMaintain accurate customer records and submit sales activity reports.\nPlan customer visits and manage travel across the Western Cape.\nRepresent the company professionally in all customer interactions.\nMinimum Requirements\nPrevious sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, food service, hospitality supplies or a related B2B sales environment.\nExperience in new business development and acquiring customers.\nProven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.\nExperience working towards sales targets.\nStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.\nSelf-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.\nGood planning, organisational and time-management skills.\nValid South African driver's licence.\nWillingness to travel extensively throughout the Western Cape.\nBasic computer literacy and the ability to maintain customer records and sales reports.\nAdvantageous Experience\nSelling to restaurants, takeaways, caterers, hotels or commercial kitchens.\nExperience in FMCG, food and beverage distribution, catering supplies, food ingredients or hospitality consumables.\nAn established customer network within the food-service or hospitality industry.\nExperience managing repeat orders and developing long-term business accounts.\nPackage:\nBasic salary of R10,000 per month\nCompany vehicle provided for business travel\n10% commission structure once monthly CTC has been covered.\nApply for This Role Back to
