the Role\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating employees, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring staffing requirements are met, and supporting HR, IR, payroll, health and safety, and operational processes.\nKey Responsibilities Site Operations & Supervisor\nAssist with the coordination and supervision of employees on site.\nEnsure employee shifts are consistently filled and client headcount requirements are maintained.\nMonitor employee attendance, absenteeism, performance, and conduct.\nCoordinate replacement employees when required.\nConduct regular employee check-ins and maintain effective communication with employees.\nFocus on productivity and operational efficiency on site.\nBuild and maintain a pool of suitable candidates to meet client staffing requirements.\nIdentify additional staffing requirements and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders\nClient Relationship Management\nMaintain strong operational relationships with client representatives.\nConduct regular client visits and understand client workforce requirements.\nMaintain high levels of client satisfaction.\nRespond promptly and professionally to staffing-related queries.\nProvide regular recruitment and staffing updates to clients.\nResolve operational issues quickly and professionally.\nEscalate client concerns to the Branch Manager where required.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nConduct basic site inductions and safety briefings.\nAssess and manage occupational health and safety hazards.\nEnsure appropriate site rules and procedures are implemented and maintained.\nEnsure employees are issued with the correct PPE.\nEnsure PPE distribution is properly recorded.\nPromote compliance with relevant health, safety, and legal requirements.\nMaintain an understanding of legal responsibilities relating to site operations and employee management.\nHR, IR & Employee Relations\nApply a sound understanding of labour-related HR and Industrial Relations (IR) processes.\nAddress employee queries and operational concerns.\nMediate and assist in resolving workplace issues.\nAssist with disciplinary processes and escalate HR/IR matters where required.\nMonitor employee conduct and performance.\nAssist with employee retention initiatives.\nMaintain accurate employee records.\nPayroll & Administration\nEnsure timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.\nWork closely with payroll data and ensure employee hours are accurately captured.\nMaintain accurate staffing and employee records.\nProvide accurate operational and staffing information as required.\nMinimum Requirements\nMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar Site Supervisor role within the Temporary Employment Services (TES), Logistics, or Warehousing industry.\nProven experience in staff supervision and site operations.\nSound knowledge of HR and IR processes.\nProficiency in MS Excel.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to lead and manage a team effectively.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.\nStrong client relationship management skills.\nValid Driver’s Licence.\nApply for This Role Back to
