Expectations of a Sales Representative:
- Ability to achieve sales quotas and other business objectives by applying a range of selling skills and in-depth product knowledge.
- Build credibility and trust with customers.
- Anticipate and effectively overcome objections.
- Manage a high volume of calls through effective time management.
- Collaborate internally and externally to improve results with peers and leadership.
- Organize and complete all administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including reporting and other assignments by established deadlines.
- Challenge the status quo by positioning a complex service to equally complex buyers.
- Strategically define value and specific business outcomes to customers.
Job Type and Compensation:
- Full time with option for 4 x10 schedule
- $30.00-$34.00 per hour + opportunity to earn commission
