Making a positive impact is what drives you.\n\nYou valueindividuality and find yourself gravitating towards people with other interests who think outside the box, and push the status quo.\n\nAbout What You’ll Work On\nManaging administrative functions for the Learning Center (e.g. filing, copying, scanning, mailing, etc.)\n\nVerify incoming new patient paperwork is completed\n\nGreet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner\n\nCheck and respond to company emails\n\nResponds to questions and request for information by staff and families\n\nGenerate Canva, Excel or other related program documents to create requested documents\n\nEnsures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment needed\n\nMaintain front lobby space\n\nAssist in planning and set up for center social events\n\nMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; restocking supplies as needed\n\nOther duties, as requested\n\nQualifications:\nAvailability 10:00AM - 6:00PM M-F\n\nAbility to \"think on your feet\" and problem-solve on the go\n\nHigh level of planning and organizational skills;
