this will include, but will not be limited to, procurement, logistics, resource planning, scheduling, data book generation and submission.\nGiving expert technical advice to Technicians and coaching new Technicians.\nMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QC policies, procedures and specifications.\nManage personnel in a professional manner, fostering positive communication and relationships with team members.\nDetailed reporting and inspection report reviews; as well as regularly report and feedback to Management and the Customer on the progress of project.\nReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions, draft new procedures as required.\nEnsure safe work practices are being adhered to at all times.\n Skills:The following are the minimum skills required to perform the function:\nAn advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, Teams).\nExcellent written communicator (email;
