You will:\nLead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team, managing workloads and building a collaborative, accountable and high-performing environment \nOversee end-to-end invoice and payment processing, including supplier records, payment cycles, exceptions and vendor queries \nManage AP cash forecasting and payment requirements, partnering with Finance and business teams to identify risks and timing changes \nOwn AP month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations and audit requirements, ensuring accuracy and balance sheet integrity \nDrive continuous improvement across AP processes, systems and controls while building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors \nSupport the AP component of the ERP transformation process including data cleansing, migration and change management. \nWhat You Will Bring:\nYou are an experienced transactional finance leader who combines strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach. You enjoy developing people, improving processes and building trusted relationships in a fast-paced environment.
