Working closely with our Creative Direction, Marketing and wider business teams, you'll turn insights into inspiring ideas, compelling narratives and clear creative direction.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPartnering with the Head of Creative Strategy to lead cultural and creative research, translating customer insights and business objectives into meaningful creative strategies.\nCollaborating with creative leaders to shape big ideas, brand campaigns and creative projects from their earliest stages.\nDeveloping compelling narrative frameworks and hero messaging that bring MECCA's brand stories to life.\nConnecting brand, category and business strategies to ensure creative ideas are purposeful, relevant and distinctive.\nBringing clarity and strategic direction to complex creative challenges, helping shape MECCA's brand identity and long-term creative vision.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with a natural flair for storytelling and a genuine curiosity about culture, creativity and consumer behaviour.\nExperience in brand strategy, creative strategy or copywriting within an agency or brand environment.\nExperience developing creative briefs, brand identity frameworks or long-term brand platforms.\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear, inspiring creative direction.\nA talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives and messaging, with the confidence to contribute to creative conversations.\nA collaborative and curious mindset, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with creatives, designers and storytellers.\nYou'll thrive in an environment where ideas are constantly
