Join MECCA as our Design & Content Operations Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract and help our creative teams deliver their best work.\nFrom brand campaigns and product launches to retail experiences, you’ll bring clarity, organisation and momentum to the work that brings MECCA to life.\nThe Role You Could Play\nReporting into the Senior Design Manager, you’ll own workflow, resourcing and production planning across our Design and Content team.\nPartnering with creative leaders and stakeholders across Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Production, you’ll balance creative ambition with business priorities and sustainable workloads.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nManaging end-to-end workflow, from briefing and scoping through to production and delivery, ensuring clear priorities, timelines and approvals\nLeading short- and long-term resource planning, allocating work alongside creative leaders and identifying freelance support where needed\nBuilding strong stakeholder relationships, clarifying briefs and negotiating priorities to keep the team focused on the highest-impact work\nTracking project milestones, resolving blockers and supporting smooth handovers, while monitoring resourcing spend and freelance approvals\nImproving briefing, workflow and planning processes to make collaboration easier and give our creative teams the space to do their best work\nWhat You Will Bring\nYou’re a calm, collaborative operator who understands the creative process and enjoys making complex projects feel manageable. You combine attention to detail with a clear view of the bigger picture, bringing confidence and practical solutions to a fast-paced environment.\nSix or more years’ experience in studio management, traffic or creative operations within an agency or in-house creative team\nProven experience managing complex workflows, competing priorities and resourcing across creative teams at scale\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to guide decisions, negotiate priorities and constructively challenge stakeholders\nCommercial judgement and confidence working with budgets, resourcing data and workflow insights to inform decisions\nA proactive, organised approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and protect creative quality while keeping projects moving\nYour Life At MECCA\nWhilst we are singularly focused on our #CustomerFirst mantra, we know this wouldn’t be possible without an incredible team.
