This will include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade, working alternate weekends on a 9dayfortnight rotation.\nWork with the Flagship StoreManager to review customer experience data, identify successes and areas for improvement, and implement effective changes through feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.\n\nUphold MECCA Magic standards by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, regularly observinginteractions, and confidently coaching team members on MECCA’s customer service standards.\n\nWork closely with the Flagship Manager to build a high-performing team, providing leadership and development to Trading& Assistant TradingManagerswhile fostering a positive workplace culture in line withMECCA’svaluesandutilizingMECCA Pulse feedbackto support continuous improvement in team member experience.\n\nContribute to overall store performance by identifyingactions to improve key performance indicators and drive initiatives to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction.\n\nCollaborate with the Flagship Operations Manager to deliver operational excellence in store across stock maintenance, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety and hygiene.\n\nWhat you’llbring to the role:\nExtensive retail management experience, leading a retail concept with 60+ team members for a minimum of 2 years\n\nPrevious experience managing wage costs and budgeting, in line with business needs\n\nStrong commercial skills, with the ability to autonomously make decisions in line with your strategic objectives\n\nA pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired)\n\nA genuine care about people, always seeing through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best experience\n\nAn ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills internally and externally\n\nStrong coaching communication style with an ability to lead with empathy in care whilst driving performance\n\nOrganizational skills and a proven track recordin operating in and agile and dynamic environment\n\nPrevious cross-functional or support centre project exposure (highly desired)\n\nLife as a Flagship Assistant Store Manager at MECCA:\nWorld-class education opportunities; leadership conferences, training sessions, an online Learning Lab, access to amazing guest speakers including brand founders and business leaders, and once in a lifetimeevents\n\nOpportunities to earn more with our monthly performance bonus program\n\nGenerous discount to spoil yourselves and your immediate family, as well as a generous product allowance, subject to company policy.\n\nA competitive parental support program, including ongoing superannuation payments while on parental leave\n\nMore than skin deep:\nAt MECCA, we're committed to being a force for good - within and beyond the beauty industry.
