# Pricing Analyst

MECCA’s Merchandise Governance team plays an important role in driving commercial performance across our brands, and we’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to own retail pricing strategy and execution across the business. As MECCA’s dedicated pricing subject matter expert, you’ll combine commercial thinking with strong analytical capability and operational discipline to ensure our pricing is accurate, competitive and aligned with our brand positioning, margin expectations and broader commercial objectives. The Role You Could Play: As our Pricing Analyst, you will own pricing strategy, governance and execution across MECCA’s brands, partnering closely with Brands & Buying, Commercial Finance, Planning and Master Data Management. You will: Own retail pricing strategy across all brands, using competitor insights, market dynamics and scenario modelling to inform commercial pricing decisions Analyse and optimise pricing-driven margin performance, identifying opportunities across realised margin, FX and cost movements, NPD, value sets and bundles Lead the implementation and governance of brand-led and FX-driven price changes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with brand DTC and gl
