This is an opportunity to play an important role in protecting the MECCA brand while helping us continuously improve how we deliver quality products to our customers.\nThe Role You Could Play:\nAs our Quality Coordinator, you’ll support product and supplier quality across MECCA-Maginations. You will:\nConduct quality control checks across products, artwork and packaging against approved specifications, standards and reference samples\nCoordinate product and packaging testing, third-party inspections and investigations into product non-conformances and complaints\nSupport root cause investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), following actions through to closure\nMaintain product specifications, quality documentation and reference samples, while monitoring quality issues and trends to identify opportunities for improvement\nSupport supplier quality and responsible sourcing activities, including supplier onboarding, audits, certifications, corrective actions and ongoing performance monitoring\nWhat You Will Bring:\nYou’re a detail-oriented and proactive quality professional who enjoys collaborating with others and solving problems.
