current with mobile technology trends.\nWe’relooking for a curious, growth-minded engineer with:\n5+ years of mobile engineering experience, with strong production experience in React Native.\nProduction experience withExpo, includingExpo Modules, config plugins, andnative app configuration.\nStrong understanding ofiOS and Android native development, including Swift, Kotlin, platform APIs, app permissions, push notifications, deep linking, and release workflows.\nExperience building andmaintainingsharedcomponentlibraries or design systems for mobile applications.\nStrong knowledge of mobile UI engineering, includingresponsive layouts,animations,accessibility, and performance optimisation.\nPractical experience withTanStackQuery for server-state management, caching, invalidation,andoptimistic updates.\nExperience withZustand or similar client-state libraries, with a clear understanding of when to separate client state from server state.\nExperiencewriting automated tests for mobile applications using tools such asDetox, Maestro, Appium, Jest, or React Native Testing Library.\nStrong working knowledge ofCI/CD, Git workflows, feature flags, build automation, and continuous delivery for mobile apps.\nProven experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play, including release management, store compliance, staged rollouts, monitoring, crash reporting, and post-release support.\nA strongquality mindset, with experience buildingsecure,resilient,observable, and maintainable mobile applications.\nClear communication skills, strong technical judgement, and the ability to mentor other engineers.\nPractical fluency withAI-assisted engineering tools, includingusing AI to accelerate development, testing, debugging,documentation, code review, and technical discovery whilemaintainingstrong engineering standards.\nNice to have\nExperience working with.NET or C#-based backendsandweb technologies.\nExposure to AI/ML concepts or libraries, or interest in experimenting with AI in real products\nExperience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, or similar)\nExperience working with an e-commerce
