The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will play a crucial role in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, contributing to our core products and innovative solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs) for backend services and React for frontend user interfaces.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver exceptional user experiences.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.\nContribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of applications.\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of professional experience in software development.\nStrong proficiency in .NET development:\nExtensive experience with C# and .NET 10 (or recent .NET Core versions).\nSolid understanding of ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, and RESTful service design.\nExperience with Entity Framework Core.\nKnowledge of database design and SQL, ideally PostgreSQL\nExtensive experience with React.js:\nProven experience building complex, responsive, and user-friendly single-page applications.\nStrong understanding of React hooks, context API, and server-state libraries such as TanStack Query.\nProficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\nExperience with MUI or similar component libraries.\nExperience with build tools like Vite and package managers (npm, yarn).\nExperience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit for .NET;
