Abuja (FCT)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development reports.\nMarket the firm's payroll outsourcing, HR consulting, recruitment, training, and advisory services.\nPrepare and deliver compelling service proposals and company presentations.\nFollow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to increase conversion rates.\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities for the firm's consulting services.\nMaintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and business opportunities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), corporate organizations, NGOs, and development partners.\nRepresent the firm at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.\nAchieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.\nConduct regular client visits and presentations to generate new business.\nGather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the public and private sectors.\n\nRequirements\n\nGood knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations.\nDemonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services.\nExperience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable.\n2–3 years' proven experience in
