experience.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media outlets to generate new leads and appointments.\nIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC maintenance plans, services, and upgrades.\nEducate customers on memberships, indoor air quality, and cost-saving solutions.\nPrepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options.\nFollow-up on leads promptly to maintain a strong sales pipeline.\nBuild and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners.\nMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM software.\nCoordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nStay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local market conditions.\nRepresent the company professionally in all customer interactions.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).\n2+ years of outbound sales experience (in-home sales, B2C, or B2B preferred).\nStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.\nAbility to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and self-directed prospecting.\nBasic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field-based).\nProficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.\n________________________________________\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior HVAC, construction, home services, or mechanical sales experience.\nExperience with financing options and
