Обязанности:

  • массовый подбор: полное ведение вакансий «рабочих» профессий;
  • точечный подбор: полное ведение вакансий «офисных» позиций;
  • поиск и активное привлечение кандидатов через специализированные ресурсы (hh.ru, Авито Работа), социальные сети и базы данных;
  • проведение первичных телефонных собеседований, оценка соответствия базовым требованиям и мотивации;
  • проведение собеседований в онлайн и офлайн формате, оценка соответствия профилю должности;
  • организация очных встреч с линейными руководителями;
  • ведение отчетности по своим вакансиям.
Требования:
  • высшее образование (управление персоналом);
  • опыт подбора производственного персонала от 1 года;
  • уверенный пользователь офисных программ, 1С.
Условия:
  • рабочее место находится на территории ПАО «ЧМК», через проходную «Доменная» 5 минут до офиса;
  • полностью официальное трудоустройство и «белая» заработная плата;
  • заработная плата состоит из оклада и KPI;
  • оборудованный офис, лояльное руководство;
  • график работы 5/2, с 8:30 до 17:30, пятница сокращенный рабочий день до 16:15;
