About Mecka AI Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI. We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems. We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware. The role You'll take arms we buy off the shelf and make them safely, precisely controllable by an operator thousands of kilometers away. Many of these arms ship with no teleop stack and no teleop input device, so you'll choose and integrate the operator hardware, write the mapping from human motion to robot motion, and own everything that runs on the robot. You'll also be the person who makes sure every frame of data we record is correctly timestamped and synchronized. What you'll do Integrate new commercial arms and grippers: vendor SDKs, drivers, calibration, and a common control interface. Evaluate and integrate operator input devices (leader arms, VR controllers, 6-DoF mice, haptics). Write and tune inverse kinematics and Cartesian/joint controllers for
