Each one depends on hardware, operations, engineering, and partner teams moving to the same plan.\nAs Strategic Projects Lead, you will build and run project management for our studio projects and own our most complex projects from end to end. You will plan each project from scoping to delivery, lead a team of project managers, and be accountable for every project landing on time and to spec.\nWhat You Will Do\nPortfolio: Build the project management office for studio work, with one view of every active project, a regular review cadence, and clear escalation paths.\n\nProject ownership: Lead the most complex projects yourself from scoping through delivery, owning the plan, targets, budget, and risks.\n\nCapacity planning: Turn customer requirements into delivery plans and plan capacity ahead of demand.\n\nCross-functional delivery: Keep hardware, engineering, operations, and partner teams working to one plan and clear blockers between them.\n\nTeam leadership: Hire, coach, and lead a team of project managers, and report status and risks to the Head of Studio every week.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience: 5 to 8+ years in technical program management, management consulting, product operations, or operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing a team.\n\nComplex delivery: A record of leading cross-functional programs to fixed deadlines, ideally involving hardware.\n\nStructured thinking: The ability to turn ambiguous requirements into a clear plan and give leadership a clear call on trade-offs.\n\nEven better if you have\nIndustry: Experience with hardware pilots, computer vision or robotics data collection, or production settings such as film or manufacturing.\n\nVendors: Experience scaling delivery through external vendors or partners.\n\nIf you don't check every box above but believe you can do the job, we encourage you to apply - we're looking for capability and trajectory, not a perfect checklist match.\nWe strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities.
