Responsibilities\n\nSoftware & Technical Project Management\n\n· \nLead software development, automation, integration,\nand other technical projects from initiation through delivery.\n· \nDevelop and leadership.\n· \nTranslate business requirements and stakeholder\nexpectations into clear project objectives, priorities, and actionable work.\n· \nMonitor project execution and proactively address\nscope, timeline, resource, dependency, and delivery risks.\n· \nMaintain visibility into project status and ensure\nstakeholders understand priorities, responsibilities, and next steps.\n\nAgile Project Leadership\n\n· \nFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint\nplanning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and\nretrospectives.\n· \nPartner with technical stakeholders to maintain clear\npriorities and appropriately structured project backlogs.\n· \nTrack commitments, action items, blockers, and\ndependencies and drive them through resolution.\n· \nAdapt project management methodology based on project\nneeds while maintaining appropriate structure, documentation, and\naccountability.\n· \nPromote continuous improvement in project planning,\nestimation, communication, and delivery processes.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Communication\n\n· \nLead project meetings with internal stakeholders,\nclients, vendors, and external partners.\n· \nCommunicate project status, risks, dependencies,\ndelays, and decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.\n· \nFacilitate difficult conversations regarding missed\ncommitments, changing requirements, project risks, and delivery expectations.\n· \nProvide proactive project updates without requiring\nleadership follow-up.\n· \nEnsure decisions, responsibilities, deadlines, and\nnext steps are clearly documented and communicated.\n\nProject Governance & Reporting\n\n· \nTrack and report project progress, outcomes, and key\nperformance indicators.\n· \nPartner with leadership to develop and improve\nDevelopment and Automation project-management standards and KPIs.\n· \nMaintain accurate project documentation, SOPs,\nimplementation resources, and project records.\n· \nIdentify opportunities to improve project-management\nprocesses, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.\n\nOwnership & Leadership\n\n· \nDrive projects forward with a high degree of\nindependence and professional judgment.\n· \nAnticipate risks and roadblocks and escalate issues\nearly with recommended solutions.\n· \nHold stakeholders accountable for commitments and\ndeliverables, including individuals who do not directly report to this\nposition.\n· \nBuild effective working relationships across\nDevelopment, Automation, IT Qualifications\n\n· \nDemonstrated professional experience directly managing\nsoftware development, software implementation, automation, or comparable\ntechnical projects.\n· \nHands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum\nceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog\nrefinement, and sprint reviews.\n· \nStrong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and\nWaterfall project-management methodologies and the ability to apply the\nappropriate methodology based on project needs.\n· \nExperience using technical project-management tools\nsuch as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or comparable platforms.\n· \nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams that\ninclude both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\n· \nStrong professional spoken and written English, with\nthe ability to independently lead client-facing meetings and communicate\ntechnical project information to nontechnical audiences.\n· \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent\nprojects, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.\n· \nProven success working independently in a fully remote\nenvironment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n· \nPMP certification strongly preferred.\n· \nOther recognized project management or Agile\ncertifications, such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional\nScrum Master (PSM), PRINCE2, or equivalent.\n· \nExperience managing SaaS, healthcare technology,\nworkflow automation, systems integration, or software implementation projects.\n· \nExperience working directly with software developers,\nQA, product owners, business analysts, or similar technical functions.\n· \nExperience managing external client or vendor\nimplementations.\n· \nFamiliarity with healthcare revenue cycle management\nor healthcare 6-month, and 1-year expectations.\n\nBy the end of the first year, a successful Technical\nProject Manager will:\n\n· \nIndependently manage multiple software, automation,\nand technical projects from planning through delivery.\n· \nEffectively facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain\nclear project priorities, commitments, and dependencies.\n· \nMaintain accurate project plans, timelines, risks, and\nstatus reporting.\n· \nIdentify and resolve project risks and roadblocks\nbefore they materially affect delivery.\n· \nLead effective client and stakeholder meetings with\nminimal leadership waits for\nassignments before identifying next steps.\n· \nIs uncomfortable independently leading meetings with\nclients, technical teams, or senior stakeholders.\n· \nAvoids difficult conversations
