requests submitted by various departments.\n\nNegotiation and Contract Management\n\n Discuss prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers while making sure everything aligns with company policies and regulations.\n\n Prepare, examine, and oversee contracts and purchase orders to confirm they satisfy company standards and legal obligations.\n\nInventory Management\n\n Track stock levels and forecasts to maintain sufficient supply without accumulating excess inventory.\n\n Coordinate with various departments to improve inventory processes and minimize waste.\n\nRegulatory Compliance\n\n Make certain that all purchasing activities and supplier relationships adhere to applicable pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.\n\n Keep records pertaining to procurement activities, contracts, and supplier assessments.\n\nCost Control and Budgeting\n\n Contribute to budgeting efforts by offering analysis on procurement expenses and spotting possible savings.\n\n Review expenditure data and patterns to design cost-reduction strategies.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\n Partner closely with quality assurance and manufacturing teams to grasp their procurement requirements and secure on-time material delivery.\n\n Help develop product specifications alongside the relevant departments.\n\nPerformance Monitoring\n\n Evaluate supplier performance on a routine basis using key performance indicators (KPIs).\n\n Carry out corrective measures informed by performance reviews and
