The Recruiter plays an integral role in shaping a candidate’s first impression for the company, impacting culture and brand of the company. The Recruiter will collaborate directly with hiring teams and leadership across the organization to find the best resources within reasonable time frames. \n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWork with Talent Acquisition manager and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for all assigned vacant positions.\nWork with hiring managers and Human Resources to develop and create job descriptions\nPost open positions on applicant tracking system and maintains the system to include accurate movement of candidates, appropriate dispositioning of candidates, and timely closing of filled roles\nUpdate recruitment log/tracker precisely to reflect offer acceptances for accurate reporting\nSchedule interviews with candidates and interviewers via Microsoft Teams and Outlook\nProactively source passive candidates for aged or priority openings, creatively leveraging available resources and tools to enhance pipeline\nMake calculated recommendations to hiring managers on offer amounts and makes employment offers\nMay attend recruitment functions both virtually and/or in-person\nMay assist with vendor management, such as recruitment sites, agencies, or others\nAssist in process documentation, including SLA’s, SOPs, and various files to insure process compliance\nRecommend process improvement initiatives, including ways to save time, costs or better the candidate experience\nOther duties as assigned \nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nUnderstand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times \nLimit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties \nQualifications\nBachelors Degree preferred\nMinimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a health care or similar setting\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel\nExperience using ATS and HRIS systems\nAbility to navigate career websites including job boards and applicant tracking systems\nInterviewing skills \nHighly organized and able to function accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, easily shift priorities as needed\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization \nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses \nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required \nWorking Conditions\nMust possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes. \nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area;
