Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support the project team during all phases of the implementation including the planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies. \n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nParticipate in client assessment meetings to ascertain existing workflow processes and collaborates with a team of Process Improvement Consultants to develop best practice design documentation in Visio using the Med-Metrix AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology \nParticipate in the rollout of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning integration add-ons to existing AnalytX Workflow projects at both the Hospital and Professional Account Receivable Services resulting in improved productivity and efficiencies for the Med-Metrix Teams\nAbility to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the Med-Metrix project team. \nResponsible for the translation of Visio documentation to pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for the Development and QA Teams. \nDiagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the MMX Development and QA Teams to ensure all rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined by the client during design. \nLead clients in User Acceptance Testing, organize client signoff progress through various reporting mechanisms, and prepare the customer Super User group to train customer End Users to prepare for Go Live. \nEscalate and communicate priorities, successes, and project risks to Project Management, Leadership. \nOther duties as assigned \nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nUnderstand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times \nLimit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties \nQualifications\nA Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience\n2+ year experience working in software implementation setting \nApplication System Configuration & testing experience, direct interaction with Development or IT teams is preferred\nStrong business writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drill down to the key points in a complex problem and clearly articulate the next steps\nMust have strong critical thinking skills and be able to assess problem situations, identify root causes, gather and process relevant information, and generate possible solutions by making recommendations\nAbility to work well individually and in a rapidly changing environment\nHigh proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio\nEnergetic with strong desire to learn\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization \nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses \nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented\nWorking Conditions\nWillingness to work a flexible schedule and/or outside of the normal work schedule when needed\nTravel to client sites may be required up to 50%\nMust possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes. \nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area;
