The Project Management team oversees the organization, planning, and implementation of our Med-Metrix Suite of Products and Services, working closely with an experienced team of Med-Metrix Subject Matter Experts with operational expertise in both Healthcare Finance and Revenue Cycle.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWorks directly with customers through the successful implementation utilizing strong technical and analytical skills\nWorks collaboratively with assigned MMX Data Team members to plan, coordinate, and implement projects according to defined data specifications\nMust be able to identify and minimize project risks until successful project completion\nCreate detailed project plans which identify and sequences the activities needed to successfully implement a project\nLead conversations with customers, business, and technical representatives regarding all data aspects in a clear and professional manner on the phone, via email, and in person\nUnderstand SQL table structure to analyze customer provided inbound data files including account, payment, demographics, and charge files\nCreate/ maintain project documentation, data specifications, diagrams, and process maps during implementation\nAble to work with customer to troubleshoot data and review QA reports prepared by the data team and where applicable lead discussion with the customer related to operational impacts \nProactively communicate and manages expectations of both internal and external stakeholders by facilitating weekly calls, recording detailed meeting minutes, identifies next steps, and diligently follows-up on all open activities until project completion\nReview the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards\nEnsures project deliverables are met timely, to the satisfaction of our customers, and meet the high-quality standards that have been set by Med-Metrix\nLead teams in high priority risk situations by coordinating and instilling a sense of urgency where applicable across multiple internal and client cross functional teams\nActs as point of escalation for critical implementation-related risks and facilitate their timely resolution\nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nQualifications\nUnderstanding of SQL table structure is preferred, but not required\nHealthcare domain knowledge preferred \nProficiency with MS Office\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization\nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses\nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required\nWorking Conditions\nWillingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of normal work hours occassionally\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area;
