This role focuses on assessing client needs, designing efficient IT strategies, and implementing systems that improve business performance, security, and scalability.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nAnalyze IT environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, including identifying and addressing particular/specialized problems and working towards resolution\nDevelop and/or implement technology strategies that align with business objectives\nAdvise on software, hardware, and network solutions to enhance operational efficiency\nSupport the integration, configuration, and deployment of IT systems and applications\nEnsure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables\nStay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations where appropriate\nOther duties as assigned\nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nUnderstand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times\nLimit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline\nProven experience in IT consulting, systems administration, or a similar technical role \nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization\nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses\nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required\n\nWorking Conditions\nMust possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes.\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area;
