The Physician Scheduler will provide support to our Physician Advisors, clients, and management team as well as assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities effectively and efficiently. \n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nSchedule peer-to-peer (concurrent denial) calls with medical insurance payers and Physician Advisors\nUpdate payer contact activity and scheduling status within the Physician Advisory Portal\nMaintain client, Physician Advisor, and contact records across internal systems\nCoordinate communication between Physician Advisors, payers, and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings\nSupport the onboarding of new Physician Advisors, including documentation, equipment coordination, training logistics, and follow-up\nAssist with the development and documentation of standardized processes and procedures\nProvide operational support to remote Physician Advisors, including EMR access setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting\nServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting data collection, reporting, and special projects\nPresent updates and information during team meetings as needed\nManage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and other administrative communications\nProcess and resolve returned or undeliverable mail within client systems\nCoordinate calendar management and expense reporting for Physician Advisory leadership\nOther duties as assigned\nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nUnderstand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times\nLimit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n1-2 years of administrative experience required\n1-2 years of medical terminology knowledge required\nKnowledge of healthcare administration a plus\nKnowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is a plus\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nAdept at using standard computer hardware, email, and internet resources\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization\nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses\nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required\n\nWorking Conditions\nWork Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9PM - 5AM (Night Shift)\nWork Setup: Fulltime Permanent Remote\nMust possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area;
