Purpose\nThe Project Manager works to provide the best in-class service to our customers and directly with our clients to implement technology engagements. \n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nProactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks \nProvide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff\nManage multiple projects across different departments within the organization, assuring that all team members have the required information and resources to complete tasks effectively, these projects can include management of the implementation process for the following teams/ tasks\nIT: FHIR connectivity, HL7\nApplication Configuration: Design, build, testing, training \nDevelopment: Application development for client onboarding\nCoordination of outbound file requests to client and between multiple internal systems\nProactively communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders by facilitating weekly calls, recording detailed meeting minutes, identifying next steps in the process, and diligently following up on all open activities until project completion\nLead customer-facing meetings of varying sizes and profiles, ranging from operational management to C-suite\nEnsure project deliverables are met timely, to the satisfaction of our customers, and meet the high-quality standards that have been set by Med-Metrix\nLead teams in high priority risk situations by coordinating and instilling a sense of urgency where applicable across multiple internal and client cross functional teams\nAct as point of escalation for critical implementation-related risks and facilitate their timely resolution\nTake initiative in outlining project dependencies and sequencing tasks to ensure smooth delivery\nSupport revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates, meeting forecasted completion dates, and escalating as needed to ensure projects remain on track\nOther duties as assigned\nUse, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards\nUnderstand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times\nLimit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field required\n3+ years of Project Management experience required\nJira, Smartsheet, PMP, agile certification (e.g., CSM) is a plus\n2+ years of client-facing experience required\nKnowledge of fundamental project management principles\nIdentify & assess issues to make recommendations and drive resolution\nEnergetic with strong desire to learn\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization\nStrong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses\nHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required\n\nWorking Conditions\nWillingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of normal
