We recognize our employees as our greatest asset and have a culture to prove it!\nHow You Will Support The Team:\nThe Senior Software Engineer is responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifics and developing full stack software architecture and design. Responsibilities include developing and testing various software systems, leading projects, collaborating with cross functional teams, writing and debugging code, and ensuring software quality and efficiency.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nMust be willing to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 in office days per week. \nDevelop software applications using .NET technologies.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.\nStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.\nTest and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nCan take on full projects from beginning to end.\nIdentify, prioritize, and execute tasks within the software development life cycle.\nDevelop high-quality, efficient, and secure software design.\nPerform verification and validation testing.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nOther duties as assigned.\nYou would be a GREAT fit with these skills: \nStrong knowledge of:\nMicrosoft .NET (C#) Tech Stack.\nSolid SQL database knowledge. MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge are preferred.\nUnderstanding of Entity Framework.\nTypeScript knowledge is highly desired (React or Angular).\nGit working experience.\nUnderstanding software design concepts and task estimates.\nFamiliarity with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).\nDocumentation and preparing technical proposals & conducting technical discussions.\nEffective time management and work ethics are required.\nSoft Skills\nA strong sense of ownership.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners.\nComfortable with a fast-paced environment.\nCan take on full projects from beginning to end.\nAttention to detail.\nTeam Player.\nProblem solver.\nQuick learner and passionate about learning new technologies.\nStrong interest in test engineering.\nPreferred Level of Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred.
