This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled, functionally exposed and detail-oriented professional to collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable and scalable integration solutions that support critical business processes.\nAs a Senior Workday Integrations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and internal and external systems while supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and release management activities.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAs a Senior Workday Integrations Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:\nIntegration Development & Support\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors or Cloud Connectors.\nSupport inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and enterprise applications, vendors, and service providers.\nTroubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.\nMonitor integration performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.\nCollaboration\nCollaborate with Workday Module Leads to evaluate integration requirements and recommend technical solutions.\nPartner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.\nWork with external vendors and third-party providers to support implementation and ongoing maintenance activities.\nTesting & Enhancements\nParticipate in integration testing, system validation, and release activities.\nDevelop and execute test plans for new integrations, enhancements, and Workday bi-annual releases.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nCreate and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, support procedures, and data mapping documents.\nEnsure integrations comply with organizational security, privacy, and data governance standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation of integration inventories, interfaces, and support processes.\nData Integrity & Reporting\nSupport data audits and investigate integration-related data issues.\nBuild and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and industry best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience\nExperience developing and supporting Workday integrations in a complex, unionized environment.\nExperience with: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Web Services, Custom Reports and Calculated Fields, Workday Orchestrate.\nStrong HR Business Acumen.\nWorking knowledge of: XML, XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP APIs.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and end users.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Pro Certification in Integrations.\nExperience supporting Workday Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, or other Workday modules.\nExperience with middleware platforms such as Azure Integration Services and Mulesoft.\nExperience in a unionized or highly regulated environment.\nKnowledge of
