The positions require energy and enthusiasm, attention to detail, an outstanding level of client service/hospitality and great organizational skills. The role is responsible for checking clients in and out, monitoring and facilitating the flow of clients through the Clinic, and for coordinating with other teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.\nThis posting reflects an existing vacancy, as we continue to hire for this role across multiple clinic locations in the Greater Toronto Area and Collingwood.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nClient Experience & Hospitality\nWarmly welcome and greet clients and guide them throughout their visit.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients navigating their appointment, ensuring they receive maximum value time during their visit.\nFoster client loyalty by creating memorable experiences.\nClinic Operations and Client Flow\nExecute swift and accurate client check-ins and check-outs for all appointments.\nSchedule appointments for clients and ensure all appropriate client forms are completed.\nProcess payments for appointments and products efficiently.\nProblem solve and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.\nCommunication and Collaboration\nLiaise effectively with all clinic departments and respond to staff inquiries via email.\nProfessionally handle all client issues and inquiries (in person, via email, or by phone).\nProvide essential support and backup to the Clinic Flow and Concierge teams.\nAdministrative Support\nComplete comprehensive opening and closing procedures, including next-day preparation.\nMaintain inventory of reception supplies and perform other administrative duties as required.\nOther administrative duties as required.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nPrior experience in a client-facing role. Hospitality or healthcare experience is an asset.\nExceptional customer service skills and a great attitude.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task effectively while maintaining a high level of composure and professionalism.\nAbility to foster strong team and cross-functional working relationships. \nBeginner to Intermediate level skills in MS Office.\nEducation in health or a related discipline, as an asset.\nThe Clinic is open Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6:30 am-7:30pm. Applicants must be available to work in-clinic between hours of 6:00am-7:30pm for an 8.5-hour shift.\nPosition Pay Range\n$41,830.00 - $57,516.25 CAD annuallyPay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity.
