This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, Windows systems, and networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies while working alongside experienced IT professionals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist with basic support for Windows operating systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.\nAssist with basic Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, DNS, and DHCP tasks.\nProvide basic technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.\nAssist with troubleshooting basic network and connectivity issues.\n\nAssist with software installation, updates, patching, and routine system maintenance.\n\nAssist with monitoring system health and infrastructure alerts.\n\nSupport basic backup and restore activities under the guidance of senior engineers.\n\nAssist with VMware and Hyper-V virtual machine-related tasks.\n\nAssist with basic Microsoft SQL Server monitoring and support.\n\nAssist with IT security, access control, and system maintenance activities,\n\nMaintain IT support documentation and update technical records.\n\nFollow IT support procedures and security guidelines,\n\nEscalate complex or critical technical issues to Senior System Engineers.\n\nParticipate in IT infrastructure projects and maintenance activities,\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed 2 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information\nTechnology, Engineering, or a related field\nRelevant IT certifications or training is an advantage.\n\nExperience\n» Fresh graduates and students with a strong interest in IT infrastructure and system support are encouraged to apply,\nPractical experience with Windows, networking, or computer hardware is an advantage.\n\nTechnical Skills\nBasic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.\nBasic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.\nBasic understanding of TCP/IP and computer networking.\nBasic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.\nBasic understanding of virtualization concepts such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nBasic understanding of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server is an advantage.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft Azure is an advantage.\nBasic PowerShell or scripting knowledge Is an advantage.\nBasic understanding of IT security and access management.\n\nPersonal Skills\n«Strong interest in learning IT infrastructure and system administration.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication and teamwork skils.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and IT
