Contribute to developing advanced, innovative and useful L&D solutions and initiatives for the global workforce that enable continuity and transfer within and across the missions and other MSF entities and local partners, i.e. talent development, securing a variety of L&D applications ? including coaching & mentoring - adequate onboarding, etc. \nAdvise and support coordinators, managers and supervisors to create supportive learning environments and apply appropriate learning and development processes, tools and best practices, including how to identify and address learning needs, gaps and opportunities \nInfluence stakeholders by building buy-in for the most appropriate learning and development approach for specific situations in accordance with mission and OC-level L&D and OPS strategies \nProactively plan and lead the learning and development annual planning and budget process based on learning needs analyses and strategic operational and organizational objectives \nProactively seek to increase access to learning and development opportunities for all employees of the missions ? including identifying synergy/exchanges/collaboration with other MSF sections and other local institutions \nPlan, develop and follow up on mission-wide or project-specific staff learning and development activities by identifying and addressing learning needs and opportunities that maximize staff development to achieve operational objectives \nAdvise employees and coordinators, managers and supervisors in the mission on application of individual development and potential growth paths for themselves and their direct reports with the aim to develop MSF staff (and external collaborators, where relevant) to achieve the mission?s operational objectives effectively \n\nSpecific responsibilities related to MSF in Sudan \nSupport managers and supervisors (both national and international) in team management (support and development), the identification of key staff, and the implementation of learning and development principles. \nSupport the HR team in managing the EPREP pool and mobile staff pool, through analyzing learning needs and implementing adapted L&D activities aligned with the EPREP strategy of the mission. \nDevelop policies and processes that ensure the effective implementation of L&D initiatives and contribute to advancing the mission?s L&D objectives, while ensuring their proper application and compliance. \n\n Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:\nRequirements\nEducation: Degree in the field of HR, learning and development, organizational development, or relevant experience. \nExperience: Working experience of at least two years in a learning and development position. \nDesirable previous experience in MSF or other NGO in developing countries. \nLanguages: Essential mission working language (English) - Local language (Arabic)\nCompetencies\nPeople Management & Development (2) \nStrategic Vision (2) \nCommitment (2). \nFlexibility (2) \nResults (3). \nTeamwork (3). \nStress Management (3)\nDocuments to provide:\nUpdated CV in English & cover letter\nID copy\nCopies of diplomas\n\n Please note that:\nOnly complete and relevant applications will be considered\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted\nPositions are open to everyone aged 18 and above. \nFemale candidates are highly encouraged to apply. \nAll steps of the recruitment will be done in ENGLISH\nMSFF does not reimburse the possible costs for transportation for tests and interviews that may take place during the recruitment process.\nOnly applications submitted through the link will be considered.
