Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our shared mission to redefine senior care across the country.\nJob Summary\nInfinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to take on the responsibility of overseeing and managing the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. In this role, you will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being. You will have a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you in this role, working collaboratively with you to provide excellent patient care.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management\nConduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care\nDiagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions\nDiscuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families\nMaintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations\nWork closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care\nRequirements\nA board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.\nProlonged standing and walking on facility floors. Carrying a medical bag, laptop, tablet or diagnostic equipment. Bending, stooping, or assisting with positioning during exams. Navigating multi-level buildings, potentially with stairs or uneven surfaces.
