Aufgaben
- Betreuung der Anmeldung inklusive Patientenempfang, Prüfung des Versichertenstatus, Identifikation und Koordination der Anliegen der Patienten sowie des Wartebereichs
- Übernahme von Telefonaten mit unseren Patienten inklusive Koordination von Terminen
- Beantwortung von Patientenanliegen, internen und externen Anfragen per E-Mail
- Durchführung von ATBM-Standardaufnahmen inklusive Prüfung der Bildqualität und Sicherstellung der korrekten Patientenvorbereitung
Profilanforderungen
- Studium im Gesundheitswesen, Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsökonomie o. Ä.
- Erfahrung im Patientenempfang, Praxismanagement oder in der medizinischen Administration von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
