You will contribute to building scalable, reliable, and secure systems while following established architectural patterns and best practices. You will collaborate closely with senior specialists to ensure technical decisions meet both operational and business requirements.\nIn this role, you are expected to take ownership of infrastructure modules, deployment pipelines, and operational improvements, while mentoring less experienced specialists. You will actively participate in technical assessments, cloud architecture reviews, and observability initiatives, helping to drive consistent standards across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and operational practices, with the ability to design solutions within known patterns and guide implementation decisions.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) following established patterns and standards.\nDevelop Reusable Modules: Create configurable IaC modules and templates that streamline deployment and improve maintainability.\nSupport Observability and Reliability: Configure monitoring, alerts, and dashboards, helping teams maintain system performance and reliability.\nContribute to Architecture Reviews: Participate in reviewing cloud architecture proposals and ensure alignment with security, networking, and organizational standards.\nImplement CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize deployment pipelines, automation workflows, and access management for teams.\nSupport Technical Assessments: Analyze and document technical requirements for new projects, tools, and technologies.\nParticipate in Infrastructure Optimization: Assist in reviewing resource usage, implementing cost controls, and supporting FinOps practices.\nCollaborate and Mentor: Guide junior specialists, share best practices, and contribute to improving team processes and standards.\n College or university degree in computer science, software specializing, information technology, or a related field.\n2-6 years of experience in cloud specializing, DevOps, infrastructure automation, or software development.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or equivalent).\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment automation.\nStrong understanding of networking, RBAC, and cloud security best practices.\nAbility to design solutions within known architectural patterns while considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\nProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar.\nFamiliarity with observability tools (ELK, Azure Monitor, or equivalent) and monitoring practices.\nGood collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nFluency in French or English (bilingualism is an asset).\nWorking conditions:\nContract: Permanent, full time (40h/week)\n\nWorking mode: Hybrid or Remote (from Quebec province only)\n\nOccasional in-office presence may be required during the year (for events or team meetings, for example).\n\nCandidates must reside in the province of Quebec.\n\n By joining MEDFAR, you will be part of a purpose-driven organization whose product is disrupting and digitizing health care, making doctors’ and healthcare workers’ lives easier, while enabling better patient health outcomes.
