with Docker for containerization and contribute to the deployment of services using Kubernetes (K8s) in a cloud environment (primarily AWS).\n\n- Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.\n\n- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective logging, tracing, and monitoring solutions.\n\n- Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance and coaching to junior and mid-level developers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and constructive code reviews.\n\n- Stay current with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and related cloud technologies, advocating for and implementing relevant improvements.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- C# (Advanced), .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC)\n\n- Entity Framework Core (EF Core), LINQ, ORMs, experience with database design, stored procedures, and query optimization\n\n- Proficiency with MS SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB)\n\n- Git and branching strategies, experience with CI/CD tools, Docker (containerization)\n\n- Designing and developing RESTful services, understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON/XML, and asynchronous
