activities, events, and projects\nAct as a reliable operational point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day execution\nOther Support\nSupport project management activities, including project planning, timelines, tracking of deliverables, and coordination across teams\nAssist in budget planning, cost tracking, and expenditure monitoring for projects, events, and initiatives\nIdentify, evaluate, and support the adoption of relevant technologies and tools that enhance newsroom workflows, productivity, and future readiness\nWork with stakeholders to incorporate technology-enabled solutions into projects and processes, helping the newsroom adapt to evolving operational and digital needs\nDegree in any discipline.\nAt least 4 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, project support, or editorial roles\nDemonstrated experience in analytical, research, project coordination, or budget-related work\nExperience in editorial or rights management\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nFamiliarity with purchase order processes, budgeting, and basic financial controls\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and other applications that helps with efficiency\nPreferred Attributes\nExperience supporting projects in media or newsroom environments\nComfortable working with tight deadlines and evolving priorities\nStrong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through\nAbility to work independently while collaborating
