content\nBuild and grow relationships with social media influencers, digital content creators, industry professionals and journalists\nFoundational Competencies\nA strong understanding of what drives digital content on social media and how it should be presented\nStrong with creating original concepts\nA broad and deep knowledge of digital content and social media trends\nProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and deep knowledge of editing on Premiere Pro\nLeading team & manage projects independently and work collaboratively\nCoaching/Teaching\nDriving Execution\nEmpowerment/Delegation\nLeading Change\nDiploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication or any related discipline is a plus\nAt least 5 to 8 years working experience in digital content creation across various digital platforms\nExperience working with different formats of content, ranging from video and infographics, to podcasts and feature stories of different beats\nExperience in creating both bite-sized and short to medium form content for a digital market\nProven track record as a creative storyteller\nDeveloping strategic and creative plans\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nAble to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure\nCreative, technically inclined and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.\nStrong industry network is an
