delivery performance.\nEnsure technology investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMaster's Degree and/or MBA will be an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience leading enterprise-wide technology functions.\nProven track record managing complex corporate IT environments and enterprise technology programs.\nDemonstrated success leading ERP implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or transformation initiatives, preferably SAP.\nStrong experience driving business process transformation, digital transformation, and organizational change.\nExperience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT operations.\nTrack record of successfully partnering with senior executives and business leaders to
