Responsibilities
1. To assist in overseeing routine and preventive maintenance for soft services (landscape/cleaning/pest) and to coordinate repairs and renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
2. To assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation and to conduct regular walk in the building to check on the vendor's safety during their maintenance works.
3. To support in keying the fault reporting feedbacks based on the whatsapp messages from staff / tenants in Mediacorp into ITSM system and to follow up with vendor for rectification works. To close the report once it is rectified.
4. To assist to walk the building based on the filming request list and meeting room booking list to check whether their filming activity is safe to proceed and to check if there are any illegal filming who did not put up the filming application.
5. To support in liaising with tenant (HTX/Foreword coffee/Assemly/Melba cafe) on any matters arising from tenant/staff in Mediacorp.
Requirements
1. Sound knowledge of facilities management or related field.
2. Ability to work well and communicate with multiple stakeholders and a good team player
3. Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Skill (Excel/Words/Project/etc)
