This role is ideal for fresh graduates or an early-career technologist who thrives at the intersection of complex technology and developer empathy--someone who can translate sophisticated streaming capabilities into accessible, delightful developer experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nChampion the Developer Community\nBe the voice of developers within MK.IO, advocating for their needs and translating feedback into actionable product improvements\nBuild and nurture our developer community through forums, social channels, and direct engagement\nCreate and maintain feedback channels that ensure every developer voice is heard and valued\nTransform Developer Experience\nDrive the transformation of our documentation and learning resources\nDesign and create tutorials, guides, and interactive demos that makes MK.IO approachable for developers\nCreate Compelling Technical Content\nProduce engaging video content, blog posts, and tutorials that showcase the power and simplicity of our streaming platform\nHost webinars, speak at conferences, and represent MK.IO at developer events and meetups\nBridge Complexity and Simplicity\nWork closely with our engineering teams to ensure new features ship with developer-friendly interfaces and clear documentation\nTest and validate new features from a developer perspective, ensuring they meet our self-service standards\nDesired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent qualification, with a strong passion for technology and flair for creativity\nHands-on experience with web technologies, APIs, and modern development frameworks\nUnderstanding of video streaming concepts or eagerness to dive deep into media technology\nCompetence in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly\nExperience creating technical content (blog posts, tutorials, documentation, or videos)\nStrong empathy for developer frustrations and challenges\nPassion for helping others succeed and genuine enjoyment of developer interactions\nExperience participating in developer communities, forums, or open source projects\nNatural networking ability and enthusiasm for building relationships\nCreative problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new approaches\nStrong analytical skills to measure community engagement and content effectiveness\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK on a long-term basis.
