By bringing the advertising past, present, and future into focus, our clients rapidly act on the competitive moves and emerging advertising trends impacting their business.\nJob Summary\nAs a Junior Data Associate, you will support MediaRadar's data operations by performing high-volume, foundational data tasks that keep advertising content clean, complete, and ready for downstream processing. Working under direct supervision, you will review ads across media channels using MediaRadar's proprietary platforms and apply established guidelines to prepare data for further classification and attribution. The role does not require in-depth taxonomy or data knowledge. Instead, you'll learn our systems, tools, and procedures while building the accuracy, speed, and data discipline that form the foundation of a career in data operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented fresh graduates who are eager to learn and want a clear growth path into the Data Associate role.\nResponsibilities\nReview ads using MediaRadar's proprietary platforms and perform foundational data tasks, following established guidelines and SOPs.\nComplete high-volume, single-item tasks accurately and on time, meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks.\nResolve routine issues when needed and seek guidance from managers or senior team members for cases outside your assigned scope.\nIdentify and flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent media details to support data completeness and accuracy.\nUse new tools and automation enhancements as directed, and share feedback to help improve workflows.\nApply feedback from quality audits and coaching to continuously improve accuracy and speed.\nReport on status, volume, and other key metrics.\nCommunicate effectively with team members, managers, and other operational teams.\nSuccess Measures\nEfficiency: Consistently process assigned volume per day against defined team productivity benchmarks.\nQuality: Keep rework/error rates below 2% of processed volume through attention to detail and adherence to standards.\nRamp-Up: Reach full productivity and quality benchmarks within the defined onboarding period.\nProcess Adherence: Follow SOPs consistently and escalate unclear or out-of-scope cases rather than guessing.\nRequirements\nKey Qualifications and Role Requirements\nBachelor's degree in any field (non-technical welcome).\nFresh graduate or intern;
