Working in a cross-functional squad, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to design, deliver and support secure, scalable and reliable application solutions.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges, thrives in an Agile environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer and member outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with business teams, technology stakeholders and external vendors to design and deliver scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solutions.\nConduct end-to-end impact analysis and support the delivery of system enhancements, problem resolutions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nApply Agile and DevOps practices to manage work, prioritise backlogs and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.\nSupport release and deployment activities across planning, design, build, testing and implementation phases.\nMonitor application health, performance and stability, proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.\nManage incidents and problems with urgency, ensuring service levels are maintained and customer impact is minimised.\nContribute to application lifecycle management, including upgrades, vulnerability management, disaster recovery and platform currency.\nDrive continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing within the team while contributing to personal and team development goals.\nMust haves:\n5+ years' experience in a Application Analyst or similar technology-focused role.\nStrong ability to translate business requirements into functional system solution designs.\nExperience delivering business change, systems application and/or infrastructure projects.\nProven experience facilitating workshops, running meetings and engaging stakeholders across both business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and document complex business problems and perform data analysis.\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\nExperience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.\nExcellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills.\nDemonstrated understanding of ITIL and Service Management practices.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications and delivering operational support outcomes.\nNice to Have:\nExperience writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Lean and DevOps delivery practices.\nExperience applying Human-Centred Design principles.\nKnowledge of healthcare, health insurance or claims processing environments.\nImagine working with us…\nWe understand that work means different things to everyone...We know happy, healthy people make great teams, and great teams put more heart into each customer and patient interaction.
