You'll play a critical role in troubleshooting complex issues, leading technical decision-making, and helping shape the future of our cloud environment.\nIf you enjoy solving complex problems and tackling technical challenges, you'll thrive in this role!\nNote that we are open to candidates anywhere across Aus\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as the primary cloud subject matter expert, providing technical advice and guidance to both technology and business stakeholders. \nLead and support the management of AWS cloud infrastructure, including incident, change, and problem management activities. \nPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop automated cloud solutions and environments. \nEnsure adherence to security, compliance, data privacy, and data protection standards across cloud platforms. \nLead the implementation and optimisation of monitoring, support, and operational capabilities across AWS and associated infrastructure. \nCollaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to deliver high-quality cloud services and operational outcomes. \nProvide on call support as needed, lead major incident management, RCA and continuous service improvement initiatives \nProvide technical leadership during troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex cloud-related issues. \nMust haves:\nEnjoy being a tech problem solver! Use Copilot, Devops Agent and logging via Splunk, CW and native tools to triage and narrow down the cause of tech problems \nExtensive experience working in AWS cloud environments, ideally in a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead capacity \nSomeone who can migrate and deploy apps using CloudFormation and Terraform + associated troubleshooting \nOne or more AWS industry certifications, demonstrating strong cloud platform expertise. \nStrong hands on experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting \nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide expert technical guidance across multiple teams. \nExperience mentoring teams and collaborating with offshore delivery partners. \nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment. \nImagine working with us…\nWe understand that work means different things to everyone...We know happy, healthy people make great teams, and great teams put more heart into each customer and patient interaction.
