You'll influence enterprise strategy, guide the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, and help teams deliver scalable, secure and trusted AI solutions. This is an opportunity to work with senior leaders across the business and technology functions while driving innovation that improves customer, employee and operational outcomes.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDefining and evolving the enterprise architecture strategy for artificial intelligence capabilities across platforms, products and services.\nDeveloping AI roadmaps, architectural standards, reusable patterns and governance guardrails that support business priorities.\nPartnering with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical AI solutions and strategies.\nEvaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to improve customer, employee and operational experiences.\nLeading architecture discussions, influencing decision-making and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.\nSupporting architecture governance processes to ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, compliance and risk requirements.\nManaging and maintaining key architecture artefacts, including reference architectures, standards, decision records and technology guidance.\nCoaching and mentoring architects and technical teams to uplift capability and encourage best practice adoption.\nMonitoring industry trends and translating emerging developments into actionable recommendations for the organisation.\nYou might already have the skills for this role if you...\nHave extensive experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy within a complex organisation.\nCan confidently design and communicate AI, data, automation, or digital platform architectures that align with business outcomes.\nUnderstand modern AI concepts including generative AI, machine learning, large language models, and AI agents.\nHave experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based technology solutions.\nAre skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.\nCan facilitate workshops, navigate complex challenges, and turn strategy into practical, actionable outcomes.\nHave an understanding of responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, transparency, risk management, and human oversight.\nEnjoy mentoring others and contributing to the growth of architecture capability across an organisation.\nAt Medibank, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of AI in a purpose-driven organisation while working alongside passionate experts who are committed to delivering better outcomes for customers and communities.\nImagine working with us\nWe understand that work means different things to everyone...
