Occassionally there may be travel to the Booragoon store also when business requries.\nIn this role, you’ll deliver end-to-end support to local customers across their channel of choice - in store, by phone, through messaging, or out in the community. You’ll play a key role within your local team by role-modelling accountability, customer advocacy, and high-quality service.\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll solve a wide range of customer needs - from everyday enquiries to more complex situations - while contributing local insights that help improve the experience for your community.\nYou’ll also act as a specialist within your team, supporting others through sharing knowledge, coaching, and inclusive collaboration.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDeliver personalised, needs-based support to customers across in-store, phone, messaging and community channels\n\nBuild trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy and follow-through\n\nSolve customer problems end-to-end, minimising hand-offs and owning outcomes\n\nContribute local insights and ideas to improve how customers experience Medibank\n\nSupport member growth through retention, referrals and new membership conversations\n\nRole-model quality, accuracy and care - including privacy and compliance obligations\n\nCollaborate closely with your local team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver great outcomes\n\nYou might already have the skills for this role if you…\nEnjoy helping people and take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised service\n\nAre confident having conversations and adapting your approach to different customers\n\nLike solving problems and seeing things through from start to finish\n\nCan balance attention to detail with empathy and good judgement\n\nEnjoy working as part of a team and supporting others to succeed\n\nAre motivated by purpose and like seeing the impact of your work in your community\n\nYou don’t need prior health insurance experience - we’ll support you to build product knowledge.
