Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering and delivery teams to develop automation frameworks, drive defect prevention, and champion a culture of quality ownership.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced automation specialist who enjoys mentoring others, influencing testing practices, and leveraging new tools and technologies to improve team effectiveness and customer outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts.\nDevelop processes to identify test conditions and translate them into comprehensive test cases.\nSupport and enhance CI/CD practices by embedding automation into delivery pipelines.\nCollaborate with Test Lead and delivery teams to define test coverage, testing approaches and estimates.\nExecute and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and defect retesting activities.\nIdentify, document and communicate testing risks, issues and quality concerns.\nChampion test automation best practices and mentor team members to uplift automation capability across the team.\nDrive shift-left testing practices and support continuous improvement of quality metrics, reporting and automation coverage.\nWork closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and deliver high-quality customer outcomes.\nFoster collaboration between engineering and QA teams, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across the SDLC.\nStay up to date with emerging technologies, tools and AI-driven testing capabilities to continuously improve testing effectiveness.\nMust haves:\n8+ years' experience in software testing, automation testing, API testing or core platform application testing.\nStrong hands-on experience building and maintaining Playwright and Node.js-based automation frameworks.\nProficiency in Python, Java, Javascript or TypeScript.\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, API-driven applications and API testing tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.\nStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, test levels, test types and advanced testing techniques.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nExperience with test management and delivery tools, including Jira/X-Ray and GitHub.\nExperience with source control and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.\nProven experience mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience with cloud-native applications will be highly regarded.\nImagine working with us\nWe understand that work means different things to everyone...
