Working within the Performance, Architecture & Innovation (PAI) team, you will lead solution planning and architecture activities, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure and innovative solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.\nThis is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, to influence strategic technology decisions, contribute to major transformation initiatives, and drive the evolution of architecture practices within a complex enterprise environment. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, architects, delivery teams and technology partners to turn business goals into practical, high-quality solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the design and delivery of solution architectures that align with business goals and strategic technology direction. \nPartner with stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution visions and deliver business-focused architecture outcomes. \nDrive alignment between solution, enterprise and platform architecture to ensure an integrated technology landscape. \nEstablish and maintain architecture standards, governance practices and reusable architectural assets. \nFacilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, design and delivery activities. \nEvaluate technology solutions, support vendor selection activities and recommend architecture options. \nChampion innovation, continuous improvement and architectural best practice across programs and teams. \nMust haves:\n10+ years' experience delivering solution architecture in complex enterprise environments. \nProven ability to develop pragmatic architecture strategies, roadmaps and recommendations that enable successful delivery outcomes. \nStrong experience with architecture frameworks, governance practices and methodologies such as TOGAF and SAFe. \nDemonstrated success designing and delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions across Agile and Waterfall environments. \nExceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts simply. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nTertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience. \nImagine working with us\nWe understand that work means different things to everyone...
